How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets for all Live After Racing events can be purchased here.

You can also contact the specific venue for the event you wish to attend, via telephone. Venue information will be detailed on the event listing here.

Please note that tickets purchased from any unofficial outlet or via ticketing resale sites may be not be valid and you may be refused entry.

When can I buy tickets?

Each individual event listing will have details on when tickets go on sale, this information will also be shared via our social media pages. If tickets for the event you wish to attend have not yet gone on sale, you can request a “ticket alert” is sent to your email when these are available to buy. To do this, just click into the event listing and provide your email address.

Will there be any presale opportunities?

A limited number of tickets will go on sale up to 72 hours early for via O2 Priority, for customers on the O2 mobile network. There may also be presales available for those who are signed up to our mailing list. Register your interest here to be the first to hear about exclusive presales!

What accessible facilities are available?

When will I receive my ticket?

If you have chosen a physical ticket to be posted to you, this should arrive approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the event. If you have not received your tickets 5 days before the event, please contact us.

If you have chosen an E-Ticket/Mobile Ticket/Print At Home, in the first instance, please check the spam or junk folder of the email address you used to make your purchase. These tickets should be received within approximately 24 hours of making your booking.

If you still require assistance, please contact us. Please be aware that if you have booked your ticket via any agent other than through the Live After Racing website, you will need to contact that ticket agent directly.

What are the age restrictions?

Most of our events will be open to all ages, although under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. However, the age restrictions may vary by location and performance, so we recommend checking the specific event listing for information before booking your tickets. You can find this information on each individual event’s page from the event listings.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

The time printed on your ticket and advertised on the event listing will be the time the gates open, not the time the event starts, so there is no need to arrive any earlier.

Can I reserve a parking space?

Parking will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. There is ample parking on each site with dedicated accessible parking spaces. Please check the specific event listing for further information on parking facilities as parking may need to be purchased at some locations.

Will I be able to buy food and drink at the event?

Yes, refreshments will be available to purchase at the event. There are further details on bars and restaurants available on each individual venue website.

Can I bring my own food and drink to the event?

On most occasions, customers are not permitted to bring their own food and drink in to the event, unless for medical reasons.

Why do you search customers on entry?

We work closely with local police forces and Safety Advisory Groups to ensure that appropriate security checks and requirements are in place. Searches are undertaken to ensure that no prohibited items are brought in to the event for the safety of all customers and staff on site. Anyone who do not consent to a search will be refused entry. Please be assured that where Covid-19 restrictions in place, these will be adhered to at all times throughout your event experience.

What items are prohibited?

  • Rucksacks and suitcases. Bags are permitted in to the event providing they are not larger than an A4 piece of paper.
  • Anything that may be deemed a weapon
  • Video cameras, recording devices or professional cameras
  • Glass bottles (includes toiletries and cosmetics containers)
  • Alcohol
  • Illegal substances
  • Flares / lasers / smoke bombs or anything similar
  • Large or metal tipped umbrellas
  • Any other item which we think may ruin the enjoyment or viewing experience of others

What payment methods will the venue accept?

Both card and cash payments are accepted, although we strongly encourage customers to pay contactless wherever possible.

Will there be cash machines at the venue?

Most event sites do have an ATM available on site, please check the facilities guide on the specific venue website for further information.

Will there be any special effects?

There will be flashing lights throughout the performance and the events may feature the use of strobe lighting, smoke, or pyrotechnics. If you have any queries or concerns relating to the use of special effects, please contact us.
